Consider adding back the "asked by" metadata information

Describe the bug
In the current design proposal the "asked by" metadata was removed. We should consider adding that metadata information back as it can be useful to our forum contributors/moderators.

The asked by is available only for contributors in the AAQ listing

I can confirm that the asked by information is only visible to logged in contributors inside the community forums.
