Consider removing the link associated with the "asked {x} {time} ago" question metadata

Describe the bug
The asked {x} {time} ago metadata information associated with the questions displayed inside the community forums (e.g: https://support.allizom.org/en-US/questions/all?show=all) has a link which redirects the user to the question.

We should consider removing the link associated with that string as it does the same action as clicking on the question title.
