Action Items on the Platform I18n + L10n teams:

• - Process Doc on how to add l10n resources for experimental features
• -- And how to move them to production once the experiment graduates
• - Technical Doc on how we want to handle missing files in l10n contexts.
• - Eemeli (lead), Dan, Erik and Zibi meet tomorrow to kick off this work.

Eemeli commented on the progress:

• We determined that a change was needed in how localization resources do fallback for resources that aren’t translated to all locales, and that in turn has a requirement on some changes in fluent-rs internals.
• PRs for fluent-rs and l10nregistry-rs are in review, and should be landing soon. After those are in, we can vendor the new versions into m-c, and then expand the exposed localization API to allow for marking resources so that they experience individual rather than collective fallback.
• And then we finally get to update the docs around experimental localization resources to guide towards this.
