Fix the fx-enterprise db bootstrapped nodes entry

I mistakenly didn’t include https:// in SYNC_TOKENSERVER__INIT_NODE_URL for these envs.

I’ll likely add a quick verification of a valid scheme here in https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/STOR-500 to prevent this in the future.
