All text on the sheet would need to be translated. The problem is that those are static background things at the moment. But having a way to iterate over them (as fields, once available) and set the value (and defaultValue) to the new language would be needed.

Besides that, there are many dialogs that would have to be translated.

Also, a system would need to be thought out of how different languages of import script would be handled.
