Unable to start Moonlight past version 6.0.0

I am unable to start Moonlight on 64-Bit Linux (Linux <hostname> 6.16.3-273-tkg-bore #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC TKG Wed, 27 Aug 2025 11:08:10 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux) from

1. The "native" Arch package
2. The Flatpak
3. The AppImage

Starting the 6.0.0 AppImage works just fine.

Steps to reproduce
No common cause for reproducibility found yet, sorry.

• I have tried both with my old settings and with deleted settings and deleted cache, no change.

Additional context
I tried with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb and QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland and both experience the same issue.

The application will get as far as the log and then be stuck, not responding to SIGINT or SIGTERM, only SIGKILL.

I have found that if I set PREFER_VULKAN=1 this crash also occurs on 6.0.0

When I build Moonlight from Source it works. The Flatpak and Appimage still don't work, unfortunately.
