Course completion in 4.11

Hi,

It looks like the module and moduleinstance fields in the mdl_course_completion_criteria table haven't been updated so completion data is lost. Have I stumbled across an omission in the code or a bug in the conversion code or have i made some mistake?

I also tried the same thing in 3.11 and it still didn't copy course completion data from to the core module. Any advice gratefully received. I am happy to have video conference call to show you if it helps.
