For some reason the X isnt showing up so the simple ic isnt working whys this

You should try with only simpleIC and this vehicle Mod active. If the issue remains, post your log file.
BTW: Do you have FS19_towBar or FS19_towBarWeight in your mod folder? These are known mods conflicting with simpleIC.
