1. Added parallel validation function.
2. Modified the functions in class TransolverTimeConditionalRollout:
   2a. added forward_time_conditional_rollout, forward_time_conditional_rollout_crank_nicolson.
   2b. modified & renamed forward function to forward_time_conditional_direct-
   2c. changed initial time solution to x = y_t1 - self.initial_vel * self.dt. to stay consistant.
   2d. forward function for TransolverTimeConditionalRollout is chosen based on variable in transolver_time_conditional.yaml
