[ Feature ] Add notifications

Hello! After some time using droid-ify and neo store, I can surely say, your alternative is the best even for phones ( fast syncing, small cache, useful ui ).

But there's one thing that would be useful:
Notifications about syncing repos progress, about downloading progress, and about updates.

Hey, i had initially mentioned that notifications wouldn't be present as TVs (which do show notifs), kinda show them sometimes, and do not sometimes (would look like a bug, which i don't think is due to the app), but I do actually get download progress from the download manager on android (and if you are not, which i'd assume since you had said abt it, might not, again be due to the app)

If there is a dep/library that i could use for reliable notifications, ill try to add it (or if someone more knowledgable has any soln/info, would be glad to hear it)

I understand that it isn't showed sometimes on TV's. But on mine TV, my friend's 2 TV's, and my mom's TV it is showed, and it would be really useful to have a notification when there are some updates, cause I don't have root or shizuku on TV to enable auto-update...

At least can you add some switch, option to enable notifications? That would be really helpful for both TV's and smartphones...

About download manager notification: it is showed, just that's not enough notifications. "Updates are ready" and "App was installed successfully" would be helpful.

About library: I don't really know any reliable library for notifications, so can't say 'bout that...

I won't close this issue, cause this is a great feature to add, and maybe you'll find a way to implement it after some time
