Some of the URL on endpoint tips creates broken links #4010

Describe the bug
E.g. Groups has following tip on source code:
tip: 'Please provide us with feedback on the groups API here: https://aka.ms/GroupsAPIFeedback. To get group-id run https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/groups/',
Browser creates a tag with href pointing to https://aka.ms/GroupsAPIFeedback.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'get properties and relationships of group'
- Click on link in tips section
- Browser opens bing
Expected behavior
Browser open https://aka.ms/GroupsAPIFeedback and shorlinked from
Additional context
Form on https://aka.ms/GroupsAPIFeedback does not exists anymore but proper process should be done to avoid links with extra .
