Implement Flatpak portals and an official Flatpak on Flathub

Right now code is on the top 25 flathub apps. its been like that for years. I use that app and I cant get the terminal to work without launching it with special args. Please implement an official flatpak and publish it to flathub so more people can use your app with the flatpak packaging system. It would help both you and the linux community.

This can serve as a POC for implementing a sandbox escape for VSCode:

What it does is it uses the resolvers API to create a "Flatpak Host" remote option, that sets up VSCode Server on the host using flatpak-spawn --host and connects to it over localhost.

It would be ideal if Microsoft could take over the Unofficial Flatpak and make it Official. The maintainers on that project are not very active and don't really "maintain" it at all.

I'm asking because the VSCode Flatpak is currently many versions behind. Almost 2 months behind on updates.
