[Bug]: Schema comparison select/deselct unresponsive and slow.

Description

After doing the comparison and seeing the objects list. The select/deselect button doesn't seem to work well, when i click it doesn't seem to respond, then maybe 5 minutes later i will come back and it's unselected.

When I try to save the scmp file it also doesn't actually save the file after clicking the save button on the pop-window.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open 2 DBs
2. Open Schema compare
3. Select the source and target dbs
4. click compare
5. wait for comparison to complete
6. try to toggle some objects. (fails here)
