holding "d" with keyboard controls enabled causes blocks to duplicate multiple times #6580
Description
if you have the keyboard controls enabled, holding down the "d" key will cause blocks to duplicate multiple times. i'm certain this is just the usual "key repeats after holding down for X seconds" behavior that all browsers/OSs do but we should definitely suppress it here since it very quickly creates dozens of duplicates
