Would it be possible to provide guidance on what parts of the CoE could be used by organizations that don't use Premium licenses. (e.g. Orgs that have enabled Apps / Flows through Office 365 E5 licensing.) Inventory/admin vs Maker apps that need Premium.

Hi, still hoping for this documentation on what's works without a premium license, and preferably recommendations on how to use the Toolkit without one. The audience that would need a premium license for many of the features, is large and difficult to justify the expense, if they only have one app for example.

@mohamrizwa This isn't closed as to the best of my knowledge no documentation was ever provided, and the request still stands. From what I can tell the request was added to a backlog. Was this ticket ever actioned?

@mohamrizwa @Jenefer-Monroe Sorry guys, this one is important for adoption for costing. Nothing is free on the platform and being able to cost out governance is critical to getting budget approval or strategies for cost recovery.

Can either of you please comment on whether this ticket will be actioned or at least put me out of my misery and say you won't do it. :)
