Root cause

The scheduled run at https://github.com/microsoft/aspire.dev/actions/runs/25497038129 failed during the firewall installation step in the agent job:

The lock file generated by gh-aw v0.71.1 pinned the agentic firewall to v0.25.28, but no corresponding GitHub release exists for that tag in github/gh-aw-firewall — the release ladder skips from v0.25.20 straight to v0.25.40. That made the Installing awf step hard-fail every run, regardless of repo state.

Fix

Already merged in #879, which ran gh aw upgrade and bumped the extension from v0.71.1 → v0.71.5. The new lock now pins firewall v0.25.40 (which is a real release).

Verification

A manual workflow_dispatch of update-integration-data on main after #879 merged — run 25513488702 — completed the previously-failing agent job with success. The next scheduled weekday run should also pass.
