Add support for Telugu language

Currently, the repository supports Tamil but does not include Telugu. Telugu is spoken by over 250 million users. Please add support for the Telugu language so that the project is more inclusive and accessible to a broader audience.

Suggested Action:

• Introduce Telugu language assets and resources similar to existing language support like Tamil.
• Update documentation and user interfaces to incorporate Telugu where applicable.

Rationale:

• Telugu has a large user base and its support will help more people benefit from this project.
