can't update Remote R Services 1.2 -> 1.3

Hi.
I have installed R Remote Service 1.2 on Windows Server 2012 and it work all correctly.
Now I want update it at 1.3, but when I tried to install I get the next error.

I have tried to update the R Service installing the file .exe over the old installation 1.2 but it not work.
What means the error
How I solve the error?
Do need I made by other way?
