TUBS basics for Solid Slack Bridge

I'm happy with how Tubs is evolving in https://github.com/michielbdejong/automerge-basic and I think I'll tick off the Solid Slack Bridge milestone today. I don't have cambria yet but I'll add that in the Tasks module.

So far, I'm only building the reflector as a script on a server, and I'm using css-authn to get an authenticated fetcher, which I then give to the rdflib-based SDM for chat.

The reflector can already be self-hosted this way. For multi-tenant we'll need to add OAuth screens, and there rs-js would come in handy! But unhosted web apps and Tubs don't go together super well because the first is user-facing and the second is not.
