load database

I am trying to load sample database in MySQL, all I have got .tar file I am not able to load these files as it is.
any solutions?

Hi Ankiit,
You need to download all the files and install 7zip.
Once you are done with this you can open or extract the 'sample_ip.tar' file in your folder. Then again extract the sql from the previously extracted 'sample_ip.tar' file using 7zip. Now you should get the .SQL files.
Note- u need to extract it twice using 7zip....

For the second database if you are using widows- open CMD or comand prompt (search cmd in windows) --> go to the directory where you have extracted the 3 sample_staff files --> then paste this command copy /b sample_staff_aa + sample_staff_ab + sample_staff_ac sample_staff.tar.gz --> press enter.
Now you will have the combined tar file in the directory--> open and extract the same way as the previous database using 7zip..

I am unable to do the above step, i can't even find any information on google to convert .tar file into sql file. If i simply extract .tar file using 7 zip, it again extract only .tar file. I am expecting a single .sql file.
