getting message that ultrasound 1 detect movement, repeatedly

getting this type of string on serial terminal:
@ ignored D1 changed (66 -> 10)
D1 changed (10 -> 85)
Ultrasound 1 detected movement, msg sent
@ ignored D1 changed (85 -> 10)
D1 changed (10 -> 66)
and one more thing, Servo is even not moving.

it's not a bug its pre-defined in global variable that module should start monitoring when it starts and after performing total of 360 rotation (180+180).

@watcher is in stable position and distance is constantly changing, its a bug, module is constantly sending RF signals too, this is not ready or suitable for #9 #8
changing modules position fix this issue a bit but this is not a fix. @mhamidjamil
