TypeScript rewrite

I think Blaze is not too complex but due to it being less documented internally, it might be hard to step into it.
A TypeScript-first codebase might be a great addition to improve understanding.

At the same time there are other various benefits with this rewrite:

• first class type support for IDEs and AI coding assistants
• we might detect some yet undetected issues involved with undefined and undocumented types
• less implicit logic
• we can use the rewrite as a chance to create an architecture overview
• get people back into Blaze developement

Any thoughts on that?
