Document Metal3Data and Metal3DataTemplate #398
Description
Add a section in metal3-docs (if needed) "Custom Resources" under "Cluster-api-provider-metal3" for documentation regarding the custom resources in Cluster API provider Metal3. Under this section, create a page for Metal3Data and a page for Metal3DataTemplate.
