Environment variable IRONIC_INSPECTOR_CALLBACK_ENDPOINT_OVERRIDE does not exist

In quickstart, the Ironic environment variables for bare metal lab are:

IRONIC_INSPECTOR_CALLBACK_ENDPOINT_OVERRIDE=https://192.168.0.150:5050

But IRONIC_INSPECTOR_CALLBACK_ENDPOINT_OVERRIDE does not seem to be used in ironic-image

It was removed when inspector was removed. If you use an older version, e.g. release-24.0 it is still there and that is also what the quick-start is using. The guide references BMO v0.5.1 in the kustomization:

This correlates to ironic-image release-24.0, as seen in

We should update the quick-start to newer versions of course, but the quick-start as is should work pretty well since it has fixed versions.
