Release notes on 3.0?

I see on npm that a a v3.0.0 was released about 2 years ago. I also see the code in master matches that version. However, I don't see any documentation on what changed between that version and 2.3.0, either in the release notes, the tags or the readme. Is that information available somewhere?

in short, it looks like all the @metafizzy products are on ice now.

The optimist in me says that ice melts. I've ended up here looking for a solution to the problem described in #809 and had a trawl through the master branch, noticing v3.0.0 tags. There's mention of wrapAround;'wide' in code but no actual logic that I can see, so the half-bakery is indeed on ice.
I would love to see this module continue to be improved and developed, it's my go-to for a slider. Even bought licences!
