Collect more information about tensor #84
Description
When we collect tensor metadata, we only care about the static metadata for now. e.g., we have the strides and shapes. When we generate the reproducer, we randomly create tensor values, but those values may not be valid. So, it's better to collect the min, max, and maybe other value metrics to help narrow down the random value ranges.
