Updates

• cellPACK 1.1.1 is now live
  • Remove conda as installation method
  • Update installation and other documentation
  • Consolidate all configuration information to pyproject.toml
  • Update dependencies
  • Update github actions to use cached dependencies, improved automatic testing and requirement updates
• Open PRs in cellpack-client repo for initial prototyping and component formatting
• Added a feature to upload raw recipe and config data to firebase for website integration. (currently on an experimental branch awaiting team feedback)

Action Items

• Ruge: troubleshoot github action errors and update them to work with pdm + pyenv setup
  • Debug tests on windows (potentially due to stale cache) - example
  • Debug aws cleanup action to install awscli - example of failed action

• Deploy website on github-pages first
  • Bring in devops later
• Bring the cellpack client officially into software projects
• Go through issue list and prioritize for 2025 goals
