Problem Statement
Currently, waypoints sent over the mesh by other nodes are displayed during the current session, but there is no way to send new ones using the web client.
Proposed Solution
Add UI elements to map view to drop waypoints (by clicking on the map), and setting possible parameters.
Bonus if waypoints are persistent until expiry, if user refreshes page).
