[Feature Request]: Support for Store And Forward packet receiving

Prerequisites

• I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature hasn't already been requested
• I have checked the documentation to verify this feature doesn't already exist

Problem Statement

Store and forward packets are not handled.

Proposed Solution

Handle Meshtastic packets from the StoreAndForward portnum, particularly from the ROUTER_TEXT_BROADCAST. Messages should be received and displayed in their respective channels, and an icon should be displayed to indicate they were received via S&F.

Indicate that a node is a Store and Forward server and display a UI to send a Store and Forward CLIENT_HISTORY REQUEST
