Win11 Disable backup nag?

Laptop started asking on reboot splash screen i have opted out and skiped a few times and i cant see an obvious remove disable option i could be completely missing it
Is a local account only machine

If you're referring to the backup reminder shown in the Windows Settings app, try disabling Settings App Notifications under Privacy & Security in Winhance.

That setting controls account notifications shown in the Windows Settings app, including prompts to back up your device.

Sadly no
this is a window opening on boot before entering explorer i suppose its part of a Microsoft login request attempt covered by windows backup setup prompt

That sounds more like the Windows "finish setting up this device" / SCOOBE prompt.

You could try disabling Suggest ways to get the most out of Windows and finish setting up this device under Notifications → Additional Settings in Winhance.

That setting controls ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled, which is related to the "Let's finish setting up your device" experience.
