OCOTP driver inclusion in MCUBoot code

Hi @danieldegrasse @d3zd3z ,

I want to use the OCOTP controller which reside in modules/hal/nxp/drivers/ocotp/fsl_ocotp.h directory to read the general efuse register.

How to access the driver file from MCUBoot code? Is there any app note available for guidance purpose?
