Ninja requirement not documented

To my shock, Android studio installs cmake but uses system ninja. (I think this is different on Windows.) Bend failed to run the instructions on mac because ninja was not found. If you need to install ninja via brew this should be clear in the documentation. Bjorn is deprecating lovr-oculus-module so we should make sure it is in the pure lovr documentation as well.
