The request header "Last-Modified" is supported but actually disabled.
Maybe it should replaced of integrated with E-Tag

Also the header "Expires" should be added.

"Last-Modified" is now enabled.

Next steps should be handling "If-Modified-Since", "Expire" and "E-Tag".
