Use Matrix Threads for bridged replies

I'm using the BlueBubbles connector to a Mac I have, without SIP and with the BlueBubbles Private API enabled. When I create a Thread on Matrix (MSC3440) it correctly bridges back to iMessage, but when I use iMessage to reply, it bridges back to Matrix as a one-off reply. It would be nice to have Threads for this because they help keep conversations organized.
