Logs should not include MXIDs

because that makes them impossible to be posted in rooms guarded by Mjolnir, breaking the ability to provide support

Either this issue or matrix-org/mjolnir#580 need resolving to unbreak support channels

MXIDs feel pretty important for answering questions like "which users was this key shared with".

If they mean you can't get support at all then it defeats the point. Not being able to paste your logs due to matrix.org code of conduct policy blocking logs generated by matrix.org projects is a bad smell
