uuid type and primary key

The possibility to use UUID for primary key would be very useful!
For this the type: uuid and the possibility for gen_random_uuid() as default would be needed.

@nozense as of Mathesar 0.2.2 we now support a UUID column type and using UUID for primary keys when creating tables and importing data.
