FIX restored windows do not remember their workspace

Expected behaviour

Windows get restored to the workspaces they were on

Actual behaviour

Windows get restored to workspace № 0

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

. configure multiple Workspaces
. open random caja and mate-terminal or Atril (only ones not affected by #42 afaik) windows in them with random paths/files
. reboot
