Exclude certain results from /admin/accounts search

The search form should include fields for excluding certain strings from the search results. Something like this:

Motivation

Often when there are malicious/spammy account waves, I use the accounts search to find similar accounts to batch-suspend after a report. The current verification scam spam is one of those times where it is very effective to do so.

However since these are often only findable with strings like "mastodon", "mstdn", etc., the results are also full of mastodon.internal and similar "accounts" for known instances, which sometimes obscures some of the wave. It'd be lovely to be able to exclude those from a search.
