Remove `java.lang.Record` from configuration.json on next JNet release

This line was added since many classes generates a dependency from Java.Lang.Record and masesgroup/JNet#721 is still open. Maybe it is possible to add a manually developed class which wraps that class even if JNet is currently based on JDK 8

masesgroup/JNet#855 fixes the issue so next release it is expected to contains the needed class

Latest JNet version does not completely cover the needs: #1512 will be reverted waiting for a new update
