Changes to support disabling certificate checks and warnings

Hello!

Thank you for this great library - it is really helpful. I've made a bunch of tweaks to suit my needs (namely adding options to disable certificate checking and suppress warnings) but have no idea the best way to add them (if you want them). I'm not super familiar with Github and don't want to mess anything up. I'll put the diffs below but if there is a better/preferred way please let me know. Also, I am sure there are at least a dozen better ways to achieve this but this is what I've got.

Another patch (applied after the above patch for cloudflare.py). This patch addresses an issue where Singapore is not showing up with a region and causing an error.
