Error when processing newick file containing same label for multiple internal nodes

We generally want to call out files with duplicated taxa at leaf nodes however it should be possible to have internal nodes with duplicated labels.  For example, we may want to represent a distance in these labels.  Currently, spectre throws an error is duplicate internal labels are detected.
