[Request] Add support for VideoSnaps in the frontend menu

Since VideoSnaps are now freely and easily available, thanks to the work of AntoPISA and motoschifo, it would be nice to add support for this type of EXTRAs in the right panel of the default frontend.

This is available in various frontends and MAMEUI. I've marked it as an enhancement request in case someone wishes to add it to MAME in the future.
