Organise assignment vivas

current plan is for most of the day on Monday 24th, Wednesday 26th (or could do the Tuesday). Can't currently do Thursday

• Make sure description of vivas is adequate, giving examples of question types, marking schema
• set up infrastructure for booking vivas (plan 5 students per hour, so about 10 hours total)
• set up marking sheet
• confirm GTA
• think about what aspects we need to capture for report on pilot
