Replace Admin Loader GIF's with SVG's #36
Description
The admin theme uses GIF for its loading indicators and should be replaced with an SVG.
An SVG offers a smaller file size for better performance, scales cleanly on HiDPI/Retina displays without pixelation, and is easily styled with CSS for better theming.
