[Question] How works?

I love this repository, but is difficult to me understand the main algorithm used to sort the search query.

I can intuit that depend of two factors:

1. The users that you follow on Github.
2. The query packages that you get in the search.

Then the algorithm do something like sort the search assigning an score based in a set of a rule like:

If you have a user following that is maintainer of one of the query repositories → 500 points.

Please can you complete this explanation? it's very interesting!
