General feedback on PinePods UX

Hi! It's been a while since i last tried pinepods. I'm glad to see the project's continued progress.

Today I spun up a new pinepods server on the latest version (0.8.2). It looks great!

Here a few bits of feedback to improve the user experience.

Inital setup screen:

• The language could automatically be set to the browser's primary language.
• The timezone could automatically be set to the browser's timezone.

Login flow:

• In the flatpak app, the "server name" field fails if the address has a trailing slash: https://Example.com/
• The names of login fields in the flatpak app are different from the android 0.8.1 app

Error by default:

After logging in I am greeted to this popup error:

"📻 You have 1 podcast(s) that aren't matched to Podcast Index. Visit the Match Podcast Index settings to enable host and guest information."

A user unfamilar with pinepods might be confused and ask "What is a podcast index and why do i need to go into settings to fix it?"

Possible solutions could be:

• Automatically adding the Pinepods News Podcast to the index ignore list.
• Open the settings page when a user clicks the notification.

Android app:

My OS warned me the app only supports 32-bit, and the OS plans to phase out 32-bit app support.

Flatpak app:

In the KDE plasma panel, the pinepods icon will appear briefly when starting the app, then disappear. The pinepods app will then use the KDE connect icon.
