MAL API doesn't appear to work anymore

• Obsidian is up to date

When attempting to add an anime using the MAL API it just returns "Error querying MALAPI: Error: MDB |
Received status code 504 from MALAPI".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Media DB: advanced search
2. Select MAL API
3. Type in an anime and search
4. See error

Expected behavior
For the search to return results for anime that it has in its database.

• Windows
• macOS
• Linux
• Android
• iOS

I get this same error also when I am searching for movies using the standard search mode. Search results for movies from OMDB appear despite the error.

Jikan/MAL Api seems to be having issues, see 🐛 Can't get any anime data · Issue #595 · jikan-me/jikan and 🐛 Getting 504 on endpoint · Issue #596 · jikan-me/jikan, we'll monitor if it gets fixed or a solution is found but for now we can't do anything
