Error when trying to install foreBlocks #2

Hello there,
I am getting the follwoing error when trying to install foreblocks via pip:
Installing collected packages: foreblocks
ERROR: For req: foreblocks. The wheel 'C:\Users\DevEnv\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-unpack-ue4huxn8\foreblocks-0.1.4-py3-none-any.whl' has a file 'C:\Users\DevEnv\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python311\site-packages\foreblocks\aux.py' trying to install outside the target directory 'C:\Users\DevEnv\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python311\site-packages'
Do you know how to fix this?
