Language metrics fails to query data and generate blank SVG, starting around August 2024

For example, Lissy93/Lissy93@8c9a904 shows blank SVG replacing the previous content. It is a persistent problem starting from sometime in 2024. No errors are reported in GitHub Action logs.

A huge problem appeared in the summer of 2024.
Also tried to look for the problem in the logs, but found nothing.
Maybe GitHub started to output data differently and that's the problem, but I haven't found any evidence of that either.😢
