Times are reported in UTC? instead of local timezone

When generating metrics, the over all stats get a Last updated timestamp that is in UTC:

These metrics were generated at 14:15 CET

Likewise, on the Recent coding habits, it reports mostly pushing code around 02:00:

Not sure what time zone is being used in the calculation, but 02:00 is certainly not the time of day I'm pushing most code ;-)

I am using both timezone Europe/Copenhagen, but also tried with Europe/Berlin to see if it was a linked time zone issue (Europe/Copenhagen is a linked time zone linked to Europe/Berlin being a canonical time zone).
